We are a parent-run organization, all families are required to take a role to help our Pack operate.
Every year we have folks whose scouts age out of the pack, we need to have these roles in place to keep the Pack strong!

• Calling and presiding at pack leaders' meetings - Assigning duties to, and training, committee members - Planning for pack charter review, roundup, and re-registration - Approving bills before payment by the pack treasurer
• Conduct the annual pack program planning conference and pack leaders' meetings.
• Maintain a close relationship with the chartered organization representative, keeping this key person informed of the needs of the pack that must be brought to the attention of the organization or the district.

Pioneer District has monthly roundtable meetings to discuss upcoming events, important information, and ideas for running a good program. This position requires attendance at those meetings and attendance at our monthly committee meetings.
Cub scouts serve the community. This position is to plan or find opportunity's for our Pack to serve our community.

We camp as a Pack at the tail end of summer, typically in September or October. This position coordinates our family camp.
Coordinate various scout day activities with the pack (SJ Sharks, Hiller Aviation Museum, SJ Giants...)

Works with the Committee to plan our Spring overnighter held in March.
Greets and orient parents at pack meetings.

Our annual Scouting for Food event is in November. Works with the district to map our area, distributes door hangers to dens, coordinates picking up of food event and dropping off at the foodbank.

Blue and Gold Banquet is traditionally in February. This position works with the committee to come up with a theme, decorations, setup, and cleanup of the event.
Sells our Pack T-shirts, collects and distributes donated uniform items.
Manages the Wreath Across America event in December.
Plans our end of year Pack picnic. Typically happens the last week of school at a local park.
